We are based in Penwortham, just outside of Preston.

How Much Is Delivery?

United Kingdom Mainland - Boxes are posted 1st class and cost £4 per box, however, there is a reduction in postage costs the more boxes that are purchased.

Europe - The delivery charge for each of our boxes is £9.53 per box. This is for International Standard delivery through Royal Mail

United States - The delivery charge for each of our boxes is £21.18 per box. This is for International Standard delivery through Royal Mail

Rest Of World The delivery charge for each of our boxes is between £14.49 to £15.28 per box (costs for each country will be calculated at payment). This is for International Standard delivery through Royal Mail

Do You Have A Shop?

No. Our business operates out of our specially built kitchen in our family home.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You would need to inform us BEFORE we begin to process your order, as once orders have been processed we are unable to cancel any orders placed.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes of course! All you need to do is select the collection option on the Delivery Options Page.  As we bake our brownies to order, we cannot arrange collection until the order has been processed, we will email you when your brownies are ready to take home.

Can I Pay With Cash?

Yes, however you would need to contact us directly once stock is available so we can create your order. This can be done via email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger.

When Will I Receive My Order?

United Kingdom - We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. All of our brownies are then posted out to you via Royal Mail.

Europe - We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. All of our brownies are then posted out to you via Royal Mail International Standard which aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Rest of World/USA -  We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. All of our brownies are then posted out to you via Royal Mail International Standard which aim to deliver within 6-7 working days.

 

Do I Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

Not if you order 1 box (or 2 mini boxes) as these can be posted through your letterbox.  (Please keep this in mind if you, or the person you are ordering for, has pets).
